  • Coordinate Geometry: Cartesian coordinates, equations of a line, mid-point, intersections, equations of a circle, distance formulae, pair of straight lines, parabola, ellipse, hyperbola, and geometric transformations such as translation, rotation, and scaling.
  • Differential Equations: First-order differential equations, solutions with constant coefficients, and homogeneous linear differential equations.
  • Trigonometry: Simple identities, trigonometric equations, properties of triangles, solutions of triangles, height and distance, and inverse trigonometric functions.
  • Probability and Statistics: Concepts of probability, averages, dependent and independent events, frequency distributions, dispersion, skewness, kurtosis, random variables, binomial, Poisson, and normal distributions, correlation and regression, curve fitting, and principle of least squares.
  • Arithmetic: Ratios and proportions, problems on time, work, distance-speed, and percentages.
  • Mensuration: Areas of triangles and quadrilaterals, circumference and area of circles, and surface areas and volumes of solids such as cubes, spheres, cylinders, and cones.
  • Set Theory and Functions: Sets, relations, and mappings.

b) Logical / Abstract Reasoning
